On 4th of May, 2010 the Ministry of Energy published the report to the media that Government of the Republic of Lithuania approved the Plan of energy companies' restructuring, according to four blocks of electricity companies will be formed - transmission, generation, distribution and maintenance. After receiving the official information about restructuring of energy sector and Company,  Company will announce this information following the requirements determined for disclosure of such information.
