Types of tariffs for residents:

• single-price tariff;
• tariff of two time zones composed of daily and nightly, Saturday and Sunday tariffs:

- daily tariff is applied from 7 to 23 h in week days from Monday to Friday (inclusive);
- nightly tariff, Saturday and Sunday tariff is applied from 23 to 7h and in Saturdays and Sundays 24 hours round the clock.

ATTENTION
The specified time corresponds to Greenwich Time plus 2 hours and it does not change after introduction of summer or winter time (e.g. daily tariff is applied from 7.00 to 23.00 h, and after introduction of summer time from 8.00 to 24.00 h etc.).

*) Tariff applicable to those residents who handed a written request  and whose objects are granted permissible power of 6 kW or higher and whose flats or residential houses contain stationary electric cookers provided for in house designs  or installed according to the specifications issued by the VST, AB. Those residents who before the effect of this procedure were applied the tariffs of electric cooker users need not to hand any additional request to the VST, AB on application of these tariffs or on change of permissible power. These tariffs are not applied to temporary structures (including wagonloads, building-sites etc.).
**) Tariffs applicable to household customer who in 2009 consumed more electric power than 12 000 kWh and paid for it and who until March 1, 2010 handed requests to the VST, AB on application of these tariffs in 2010. For those household customers, who were applied these tariffs and who in 2010 consumed electric power less than 12 000 kWh, on the expiration of the year, the amount payable for electricity supplied in 2010 will be recalculated according to the tariffs which are applied to customers not consuming 12 000 kWh of electric power during the calendar year.
No repeated request is needed, if once handed and if annual consumption of electricity equals to 12 000 kWh.

VST, AB prices and tariffs on electricity and procedure of their application
