To legitimate the soft tariff meant for users of electric stoves, one should fill up an application for the engineering specifications in the VST, AB Department (map). One should have with himself/herself:

• Identity document;
• Certificate on registration of real estate object with the Registers‘ Centre.

Upon fulfillment of engineering specifications, the Customer should produce the certificate on technical state of electric equipment from the State Power Engineering Inspectorate to certify that the Customer’s electric equipment are in conformity with the requirements of legal acts and can be used for purpose in question.

The tariff is applied as soon as the documents on fulfillment of engineering specifications are produced and as the VST, AB inspector confirms the fact of connection of electric cooker and readings of electricity meter are fixed.

ATTENTION
Cookers of combined type, e.g. cookers with gas heating plate and electric oven are not allocated to the abovementioned electric stoves.
