If You want to replace the single-price tariff on electricity by tariff of two time zones or vice versa, You should address Yourself to the VST, AB Customer Service Division according to Your residing place (map) and fill up a request of established form.

If for change of electricity tariff, the power accounting device is replaced, the following payment is required:

•  for customer with one-phase branch line – 94.00 LTL,
•  for customer with three-phase branch line – 99.00 LTL,

After introduction of summer time, clocks of two-rate meters are not adjusted. In summer time the daily tariff is applied from 8.00 to 24.00 h in week days from Monday to Friday (inclusive). The nightly, Saturday and Sunday tariff is applied from 24.00 to 8.00 h and on Saturdays and Sundays round the clock 24 hours. In winter time the daily tariff is applied from 7.00 to 23.00 h in week days from Monday to Friday (inclusive). The nightly, Saturday and Sunday tariff is applied from 23.00 to 7.00 h and on Saturdays and Sundays round the clock 24 hours. The abovementioned time (that of clocks controlling the accounting devices) corresponds to Greenwich Time plus two hours.

ADVICE
We recommend to use the two-rate meter only when more than 30 % electricity is consumed by nightly tariff.
