Electricity meters are ownership of the VST, AB. Their installation and maintenance is performed by the VST, AB. The owners or tenants of objects or equipment where power accounting devices are installed are responsible for care of these devices and their security seals.

Main places of sealing:

• door of input switchboard;
• lid of terminals of meter;
• cover of meter;
• optic interface of electronic meter;
• lid of terminals of meter-controlling clock;
• lid of branching circuit-breakers or fuses before meter.

ATTENTION
Considering the technical peculiarities of installation of power accounting device, other elements of these devices or accounting schemes may undergo sealing as well.

If You noticed that Your electricity meter is working unusually, e.g. the disk of meter sticks in, i.e. it does not rotate or rotates very slowly or the disk rotates, but ciphers do not change or the meter heats up, sparks or its glass is broken, seals are taken off or the meter is otherwise injured, You should immediately inform the VST, AB Customer Service Division of Your residing place (map) or fill up the questionnaire provided below.

If the customer’s request is well-founded, no payment is taken for verification and replacement of electric accounting device or other accounting scheme.
