Two time zones component of rates are as follows:
• Full-time rate - applicable from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• Night, Saturday and Sunday rate - applicable from 11 p.m. to 7 am. and on Saturdays and Sundays all day.
Energy components, differentiated by time intervals, rates are as follows:
• maximum load interval rate – on October, November, December, January, February and March - from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., on April and September - 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., on May, June , July and August - from 9 am to 12 am.;
• minimum loading interval rate - from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.;
• holidays and rest days intervals are: Saturdays and Sundays, except for minimal load time ranges, as well as January 1, February 16, March 11, May 1, June 24, July 6, August 15, November 1, December 25 and December 26, excluding minimum load of time;
• the average load time interval rate - the rest of the time, not included in the maximum load, minimum load and holidays and weekend time intervals.
The specified time - Greenwich Time plus 2 hours, and does not change during establishment of summer and winter time.
