Customers – legal persons pay for consumed electric power according to the binary tariffs which are composed of the following constituents:

• Capacity constituent: monthly price for 1 permissible kW (permissible power is the maximal capacity to be consumed by the customer from the operator‘s network at any time);
• Power constituent: price of one kilowatt-hour (kWh) of active electric power supplied to the customer.

The constituent of power can be undifferentiated, differentiated by two time zones and differentiated by time intervals.

The Customers of the second group may select payment according to the following tariffs:

• binary tariff composed of capacity constituent and undifferentiated power constituent;
• binary tariff composed of capacity constituent and constituent of power of two time zones.

The Customers of the third group may select payment according to the following tariffs:

• binary tariff composed of capacity constituent and undifferentiated power constituent;
• binary tariff composed of capacity constituent and differentiated by time intervals power constituent.

Tariffs for enterprises and organizations:

For customer receiving electric power from the networks of 0.4 kV voltage including transformer bus-rods of 0.4 kV:

15,81

*) This tariff is applied only when the customer purchases the agreed quantity of electric power from the VST, AB all calendar year. In other cases the price for electric power is calculated each month and is composed of price for public supply service fixed by the VST, AB (0.31 Ct/kWh) and average price for production of electric power in respective month (average price of electric power purchased by the VST, AB that month).

SELECTION AND CHANGE OF PLANS

You may select the plan of tariffs or change it upon written notification of the VST, AB, not more frequently than once per 12 months (365 calendar days). When no tariff plan is selected, the first tariff plan is allocated. The tariff plan comes into effect since the first day of next month after handing of the request to the VST, AB before 15 calendar days.

REACTIVE POWER

The reactive power is paid by customers with permissible power (specified in the Contract on Purchase/Sale of Electricity) of 30 kW or higher. If no power accounting devices are installed to fix the reactive power supplied and transmitted to the operator‘s network, the abovementioned reactive power is calculated according to the Customer’s presented and agreed with the VST, AB list of electric equipment contained in the object, that list specifying the total installed capacity of electric equipment and average number of working hours per reported period.

For generation of reactive electric power into the networks of the VST, AB, the customers pay 4 Ct/kWh, for consumption of reactive electric power – 2 Ct/kWh.
