Before supplying electric power, the VST, AB signs the Contracts on Purchase/Sale of Electricity with legal persons (owners) (You may get acquainted with the terms of contract here).

For signature of Contracts, the following documents should be produced:

• Certificate of registration of enterprise;
• Director’s appointment document (when the Contract is signed not by the Director, than the power of attorney should be produced);
•  Object’s ownership documents.
